Gunman shoots man in Bronx, flees on moped

A man was critically wounded after being shot multiple times in the Bronx Monday evening; the shooter fled the scene. The victim is in his 30s and was shot twice in the torso. The shooting occurred near Bryant and Lafayette Avenues in Hunts Point, close to the Bronx Academy for Multi-Media. The victim was transported to Lincoln Hospital and is currently in critical condition. The suspect, who was last seen on a moped, remains at large.
