Besedin, creator of the Facebook group "Tallinn Residents," was arrested for allegedly coordinating influence operations with Russian entities. Authorities cited his YouTube channel's content and financial ties as reasons for detention. The court cited the risk of Besedin fleeing to Russia and continuing similar activities. Hundreds of thousands of rubles were found during a search of his property.
