Environment minister to explain water crisis affecting 100,000 people in Dâmbovița and Prahova counties

Environment Minister Diana Buzoianu has been summoned to Parliament to explain a water supply crisis affecting 100,000 people. AUR requested her appearance, approved by the Chamber of Deputies' Permanent Bureau. Buzoianu is expected Monday, December 8th, at 4 PM, to address the "administrative disaster" at the Paltinu reservoir impacting Dâmbovița and Prahova counties. The crisis, involving public health violations and national energy risk, has left residents without potable water since November 28th. Buzoianu claims she was not warned of the potential issues by local authorities.
