Blanche vows to make Dobbs ruling permanent in all states

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche told faith leaders on a private call that the Justice Department is working to make the Supreme Court's Dobbs decision "permanent in every single state," including rolling back abortion access in states with protective laws. Blanche said the administration is implementing policies to prevent other states and organizations from mailing abortion pills to states where they are banned, though he did not specify whether he would invoke the Comstock Act.
