Anker's SleepLab Pro uses radar to track sleep without wearables

Anker's soundcore brand unveiled the SleepLab Pro at IFA 2026, a bedside device using a 60 GHz mmWave radar to monitor sleep without requiring any wearable on the body. The device tracks sleep stages, breathing, and heart rate. The SleepLab Pro also functions as a speaker and light, offering therapeutic sounds, binaural rhythms, and sunrise simulation. It is positioned as an alternative to smartwatches and rings, with the standard SleepLab model offering similar features without the radar. This approach follows prior attempts by Google's Nest Hub and Amazon's discontinued Halo Rise. The SleepLab Pro will launch in select European countries in January 2027 for 349.99 euros, though it will not be sold in Spain.
