Alleged victim denies fabricating claims against Sydney broadcaster Alan Jones

A former student athlete denied fabricating indecent assault allegations against broadcaster Alan Jones, who faces 22 charges and has pleaded not guilty. Under cross-examination, Jones's barrister suggested the former police officer, financially supported by Jones for nine years, reported assaults after losing his A$120,000-a-year job. The complainant denied having a gambling problem and said he wanted justice, not money. Jones, 85, denies 22 indecent assault and sexual touching charges involving six men.
